Carrie Whitcher
Carrie’s marketplace is the ever-evolving health care industry, where she has dedicated close to 25 years of her career leading transformative quality improvement strategies in both health insurance and health care provider settings across upstate New York and Pennsylvania.
Carrie currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Houghton College and leads the Marketplace Multipliers strategic planning team with The Wesleyan Church.
Dr. Jeff Clark
Jeff Clark serves as the host of the Marketplace Multipliers podcast. Clark has won three NAIA National Championships as a college basketball coach. He recently completed his Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Seminary and lives in Marion, Indiana with his wife and five children.

Arlynn Ellis
Arlynn has over 19 years of work experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sector; healthcare, education, facilities operations and human resources. Arlynn has an MBA and also is certified in Nonprofit management. She is the founder of Acts of Hope. She leads the Hispanic Marketplace Multipliers Group in the US and most recently took on the role of Assistant Superintendent of The Mountain Plains district of The Wesleyan Church. Arlynn loves seeing people live transformed lives.
Earl McJett
Earl’s marketplace is government where he is a Sr. Info. Mgmt. Analyst at a financial regulatory agency. He serves on the LBA of LifePoint Church in Waldorf, MD, and his Marketplace Multipliers duties include maintaining the website.
